For additional information regarding the Colorado Enterprise Zone (EZ) Tax Credit program and the Colorado Child Care Tax Credit, please contact us.  It is advisable to check with your tax advisor to determine if either of these tax incentives would be beneficial to you.

When your gift of $250 or more is designated to Salvation Army child care programs, you may qualify for a 50% Colorado state tax credit through the Child Care Contribution Tax Credit program.  Please note: Colorado law has changed for 2011. Please consult your tax advisor for guidance. See attached FYI for updated Child Care Contribution Credit information.

Cash and In-Kind Gifts of $250 or more designated to our programs for the homeless and working poor through our Downtown Social Service Centers may qualify for an Enterprise Zone state tax credit of up to 25%. Gifts of appreciated securities are considered "in-kind" contributions under this program. Therefore, these tax credits may vary. Please consult your tax advisor for guidance. See attached FYI for further details and eligibility information.
